Pikoro do not offer refunds on downloaded digital content. Once a sound bank has been downloaded, we can’t be sure that all the files (including the .wav files) have been completely deleted from your devices. For this reason, all sales of downloadable content are final.
As for plugins, we currently only offer free products, so there is nothing to refund.
